Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition.

Items purchased as final sale or part of specific non-returnable collections are not eligible.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Collections

The following collections are final sale and not eligible for returns:

Whipped by Jessica – Handmade body butters, oils, and creams are final sale due to freshness and hygiene.

Adam and Eve Collection – Personal grooming products and fragrances cannot be returned.

Divine Aura Collection – Custom perfumes, roll-ons, and oils are non-refundable.

From Bald to Braids – Specialized treatments for hair loss are final sale due to product sensitivity.

Limited Editions / Custom Kits – Seasonal bundles, promotional boxes, or exclusive kits are final sale.

Return Shipping & Fees

Free return shipping is available for approved returns.

No restocking fees will be charged.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days once we receive and inspect the return.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We'll happily issue a refund or send a replacement.
